Chicks for Children

I had the amazing opportunity to work with a foundation called Chicks for Children thanks to Jami Davis (a former client) and Denise of Matilda Jane Clothing.

This site is a perfect example of how great photos can truly make all the difference in the world. Denise, Jami and photographer Jenni Vordeman did such an amazing job capturing images of the children of Kipsongo. There were so many photos to choose from. Many that I’m sure will be added to photo galleries and blog posts in the months ahead.

Please check out their website and, if so inclined, donate to their wonderful cause.

Have you EVER been thrown a LIFE-LINE when swimming? I haven’t… I do know, however, what it feels like for our foundation to be thrown a life-line… Thanks Denise and David and thanks Denise Walsh, Jami, and Shawn for breathing such life into our cause. It is so much easier to champion with you all. ~ Mark Cooper – Chicks for Children

Janelle Ashley Photography

My friend Janelle is an amazing photographer here in West Michigan. Check out her blogsite here:

And here’s a little behind the scenes peek at the logo process. The following image was our top 4 options and she posted it to facebook to get some feedback from her fans/friends.

Opt 2 Thrive

Tri-fold brochure design created in Adobe inDesign. We created print versions as well PDF files available for download on the Opt2Thrive site.

We also designed this packaging. Pretty exciting to see my designs on an actual product since most of what I do is internet based only.

Lynnelle Pierce

Working with Lynnelle Pierce was rather exciting for me. I grew up listening to her sing in church at least once a year. When she was scheduled for special music, the evening church service transformed into a full-fledged concert. To this day, my favorite part of each church service is the praise and worship part. : )

Lynnelle has authored books and leads numerous Bible studies locally so she needed a website where people could find info on her current offerings. She was as delightful to work with as I remember her from those special music services many many years ago. And she hasn’t aged a bit since!
